Spinal epidural meningioma associated with increased intracranial pressure

SUMMARYA case of epidural meningioma associated with raised intracranial tension was reported. The patient showed remarkable recovery after the meningioma was removed surgically, and signs of raised intracranial tension disappeared within six months.
