Leber's optic atrophy associated with spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia

The clinical features presented by an individual patient with both Leber's optic atrophy and spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia are described. The patient's illness appears to represent a unique instance of the coexistence of hereditary optic atrophy and a specific skeletal abnormality.
